The City of Wasco is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced Contractor in partnership with a qualified, experienced Professional Engineer to provide construction and design services including, but not limited to drafting plans for structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as construction services including ADA concrete improvements, insulation installation, framing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring and other items not mentioned, but to be included to match proposed design works.
