The work to be done includes, but is not limited to the following: demolish the existing building that has caught fire and is outdated. Resurface existing concrete, add additional ± 277SF of concrete and re-construction of a new building to city specs. The City will use the new building to act as a parking garage for the newly purchased vacuum truck.
